IBPS photo and signature size
IBPS forms want a 200 × 230 px photo of 20–50 KB, a 140 × 60 px signature of 10–20 KB, a 240 × 240 px left thumb impression and an 800 × 400 px hand-written declaration. All four have their own tab here, with the pixel size and KB range built in.
How to use the tool

Start with the photo
Upload a recent colour photo on a light background and fit your face inside the outline.

Signature and thumb
Use black ink on white paper for the signature; press your left thumb evenly for the impression.

Write the declaration
Copy the declaration text from the notice by hand in English, photograph it flat and crop it in the Declaration tab.

Each file downloads with a clear name like ibps-photo.jpg, ready for the IBPS upload screen.

What is the IBPS photo size?
200 × 230 pixels (preferred), JPG, between 20 KB and 50 KB. The tool outputs exactly that.
What is the IBPS signature size?
140 × 60 pixels, 10–20 KB, signed in black ink on white paper. A signature in capital letters is not accepted.
My 200 × 230 photo is below 20 KB. What now?
A small photo can be sharp and still under 20 KB. We raise the quality first and then pad the file with blank bytes to reach 20 KB, leaving the picture unchanged.
Do SBI and other bank exams use the same size?
SBI, RBI and regional rural bank forms use very similar sizes. Compare with your notice and adjust under Edit size if a number differs.
