Does this QR code process payments?
No. The QR only contains your UPI ID, name and optional amount. When a customer scans it, their own UPI app sends the money directly to your bank account. QRScanKaro never touches the money.
Which apps can scan this UPI QR?
Any UPI app: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Amazon Pay, WhatsApp Pay and bank apps. The code follows the standard upi://pay format.
Should I set a fixed amount?
Use a fixed amount when every customer pays the same, like a class fee or a single product. For a shop counter, leave it empty so customers enter the bill amount themselves.
Is there a charge for receiving money through this QR?
QRScanKaro does not charge anything. Personal UPI transfers are generally free; if you use a merchant or business account, check your bank or app for any charges.
How do I check the QR before printing?
Scan it with your own UPI app. It should show your name and UPI ID on the payment screen. Cancel without paying. Always test once after any change.
