Frequently asked questions
Will people see my phone number?
No, not unless you turn on the Call or WhatsApp button. By default people can only send you an alert, which reaches you by email (and SMS on Pro and Business). Your number is never written in the page, even for the buttons.
What happens in an accident?
The scan page has a red emergency section with a 112 button, a call button for each family contact, and “Report emergency”, which texts your family the helper’s location and emails you.
How much does a vehicle QR cost?
₹49 for the first year, then ₹99 a year to keep it active. Pro includes 3 QR tags and Business 6, active while your plan is. Email alerts, notifications and emergency texts to your family are included; Pro and Business add SMS alerts to you to you.
Can I stop calls at night?
Yes. Set do-not-disturb hours and the Call and WhatsApp buttons are hidden during that time. People can still send you an alert.
Is my number plate shown?
You choose: masked (like MH12 •• 1234), the full number, or hidden.
What if I sell the vehicle?
Pause or delete its QR in your dashboard and it stops working at once. You can also edit it for your new vehicle and print a new sticker.
