Bank KYC updates, job portals and scholarship forms each set their own limits. This preset starts from common values, a 276 × 354 px photo (3.5 × 4.5 cm) of 20–100 KB and a 276 × 118 px signature of 10–50 KB, and you can type the exact numbers from your form under Edit size.

What photo size do banks ask for in KYC?
Most banks accept a recent passport-size photo, often 3.5 × 4.5 cm and under 100 KB for online KYC. The bank’s own form or app is the final word.
My job portal asks for 150 × 200 pixels. Can I do that?
Yes. Open Edit size, set width 150 and height 200 and the KB range from the portal, and the tool matches it.
Why do forms set a minimum KB?
A minimum stops people uploading tiny, blurry images. If your photo is sharp but still too small in KB, the tool pads the file so it passes.
Which format should I use for forms?
JPG is accepted almost everywhere. Avoid PNG, WebP and HEIC for government and bank portals unless the form lists them.
