Sign your rent agreement PDF

Is a rent agreement signed like this valid?
For sharing a draft, confirming terms or giving your employer HRA proof, a signed PDF is often enough if both sides agree. Agreements that must be notarised or registered still need stamp paper or e-stamping and the formal process, such as a visit to the sub-registrar or your state’s online registration with Aadhaar authentication.
How do I initial every page quickly?
Add Initials: they are applied to all pages automatically, at the same spot. To leave a page out, untick “Apply to all pages” and place separate copies where you need them.
Can the landlord and tenant both sign the same PDF?
Yes. One person signs and sends the file, the other opens that signed PDF here and adds their own signature. Earlier signatures stay exactly where they were.
Do witnesses need to sign?
Registered agreements usually have two witnesses. They can sign the PDF the same way, but check your state’s rules for what the registrar needs.
