Sign a PDF on your phone
HR has emailed an offer letter, or a vendor wants a signed invoice, and you are away from a printer. Open the PDF on your phone, sign with your fingertip on the drawing pad, tap the page to place it and drag it onto the line. No app to install and no upload: your phone does all the work.
How to use the tool

Save the PDF to your phone
Download the attachment from Gmail or WhatsApp so it is in Downloads or the Files app, then tap Choose file.

Sign with your finger
Write your signature slowly on the white pad. Undo a stroke if it wobbles, or type your name instead.

Tap to place it
Tap the spot on the page, then drag it onto the signature line and use the corner dot to make it smaller.

Download and share
Save the signed PDF and send it back from your Downloads or Files app on WhatsApp or email.

Does it work on iPhone?
Yes, in Safari or Chrome. Save the PDF to the Files app first, choose it here, and the signed copy is saved to Downloads in Files.
My finger signature looks shaky. What can I do?
Turn the phone sideways for a wider pad, sign a little more slowly, and use Undo for any bad stroke. You can also type your name in a handwriting style or use a photo of your signature on paper.
How do I sign a PDF someone sent on WhatsApp?
Open the chat, tap the PDF and save or download it, then tap Choose file here and pick it from Recent or Downloads.
Do I have to draw my signature every time?
No. Tick “Remember my signature on this device” and next time tap “Use saved signature”. It is stored only in your phone’s browser.
