How to use the tool

Load the document
A preview of the first page appears next to the settings.

Set page numbers
Choose the position, format (1, 1 / N or Page 1 of N), start number and size. Skip the cover if needed.

Add a watermark
Type the text, pick colour, opacity, angle and size, and place it in the centre or tiled across the page.

Apply and download
Tap Apply to all pages and save the new PDF.

Can I write the watermark in Hindi?
Yes. Text in Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Bengali and other scripts, as well as symbols like ₹, is drawn with your device’s fonts and embedded as an image, so it shows correctly everywhere.
Why watermark a copy of my ID?
A watermark such as “For bank KYC only, 12 Oct” makes it harder to misuse a copy of your Aadhaar, PAN or passport for anything else.
Can I start numbering from a number other than 1?
Yes. Set “Start at” to any number, and tick “Skip the first page” to leave the cover unnumbered.
Can the watermark be removed?
It is drawn into the page content, so it can’t be switched off like a comment. A determined person with PDF software could still edit it, so treat it as a deterrent.
Will this add QRScanKaro branding?
No. Only the numbers and watermark you choose are added.
