How many pages fit in 200 KB?
A clear scan needs roughly 40–80 KB per page after compression, so 3–4 pages is a realistic maximum. Text-only PDFs may fit many more pages with lossless compression.
Does compressing change the page size?
No. Every page keeps its original dimensions (A4 stays A4); only the image quality inside is reduced.
Why is my 150 KB PDF not compressed further?
It is already under 200 KB, so the tool keeps it as it is. If you need it smaller, pick a lower target or Custom.
Can I do this on my phone?
Yes. It works in Chrome and Safari on Android and iPhone. Very large PDFs are faster on a computer.
