Bank statement PDF to Excel

Need your statement in Excel for accounts, a loan file or GST work? Add the PDF downloaded from your bank’s net banking. The rows are rebuilt into columns for date, narration, cheque number, debit, credit and balance, every page is joined into one sheet, and the header repeated on each page is removed. Amounts become numbers, so you can filter and total them straight away. The statement never leaves your device.

Frequently asked questions

My statement PDF has a password. What do I do?

Banks often lock emailed statements with your date of birth or customer ID. Remove it with Unlock PDF (you need the password), then add the unlocked file here.

Some narration text spilled into the next column.

Long narrations that wrap onto two lines are usually kept in their cell, but very tight layouts can split. Fix those few cells in Excel; the amounts and balance columns are what matter for totals.

Is it safe for my bank data?

Yes. Everything happens in your browser; nothing is sent to QRScanKaro or anyone else.
