Excel to PDF that fits the page

Printing a spreadsheet often cuts columns off or splits the header from the rows. Add your .xlsx, pick the sheet, and get a clean PDF table instead: the header repeats on every page, wide sheets are set to landscape, long cells wrap and amount columns line up on the right. Dates, percentages and numbers come out the way Excel shows them. The workbook is read on your device and never uploaded.

Frequently asked questions

Does it keep formulas, colours and charts?

It keeps the values the formulas last showed, so totals print correctly. Cell colours, merged-cell layouts, charts and pictures are not carried over: the PDF is a clean table with optional shaded rows.

Can I convert an old .xls file?

No. Old .xls workbooks use a format the browser can’t read. Open it in Excel or Google Sheets, save it as .xlsx, and add that file.

How are dates and numbers shown?

Dates come out as day-month-year, percentages with the % sign, and numbers without Excel’s floating-point noise. Long numbers like account numbers stay exactly as typed if the cell was text.

Is my workbook uploaded?

No. The .xlsx is opened and the PDF is built inside your browser, so salary sheets, marks lists and accounts stay on your device.
