PDF to Excel with real rows and columns
Copying a table out of a PDF usually gives one long jumbled line. This tool reads where each piece of text sits, rebuilds the rows and columns, and saves them as an Excel workbook, one sheet per table. Tables that carry on over several pages, like bank statements, are joined into one sheet, and amounts become real numbers you can total. It works on PDFs with text, such as those exported from accounting software, net banking or Word; scans need OCR, which this tool doesn’t do.

Will every table come out perfectly?
Tables whose columns line up clearly, like statements, invoices and reports, convert well. Tables with merged cells, text running across several columns, or no clear gaps between columns can split or join cells; check them in Excel.
Does it work for bank statements?
Yes, for statements downloaded from net banking (not scanned). Keep “Join tables that continue on the next page” on, so the whole statement lands on one sheet and the repeated header on each page is dropped.
Will amounts be numbers I can add up?
Yes. With “Make numbers real numbers” on, amounts like 1,23,456.50 become numbers. Account numbers, IDs with leading zeros and very long numbers stay as text so they aren’t changed.
Can it read a scanned PDF?
No. A scan is a picture with no text, and reading pictures needs OCR. The tool tells you when a PDF is scanned. Google Drive can OCR it for free: upload it and open it with Google Docs.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. The PDF is read and the Excel file is built in your browser, so statements and invoices stay private.
