Frequently asked questions

What size should a shop counter UPI standee be?

A5 (148 × 210 mm) is ideal on a counter and readable from about a metre away. Use A6 for small counters or to stick on a glass cabinet. The QR is sized to scan easily at both sizes.

Can I use my personal UPI ID for the shop?

You can, but many shop owners prefer a separate UPI ID or a merchant account so business receipts are easy to track. Whatever ID you enter here is where the money will go.

How do I stop fake QR stickers being placed over mine?

Laminate the standee and check it daily. The standee prints your UPI ID in text under the QR so customers can confirm the name and ID on their payment screen matches.
