Free tool · for Google Business Profile

Google review QR code generator

Happy customers rarely leave reviews because it takes too many taps. A review QR opens your Google review form directly, stars ready to tap. Paste the review link from your Google Business Profile, or your Place ID, and print a counter card.

How to use the tool

  1. 1

    Get your review link

In Google Business Profile, tap “Ask for reviews” and copy the link (it looks like g.page/r/…/review).

  2. 2

    Paste it here

Or switch to Place ID if you have it; we build the review link for you.

  3. 3

    Test the QR

Scan it: your business name and the star rating screen should open.

  4. 4

    Print the review card

Download the “Scan to review us” card with stars and place it where customers pay.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I find my Google review link?

Open Google Business Profile (search your business name on Google while signed in, or use the Google Maps app), choose “Ask for reviews” or “Get more reviews”, and copy the link shown.

What is a Place ID and where do I get it?

A Place ID is Google’s unique code for your business, usually starting with “ChIJ”. You can look it up with Google’s Place ID Finder on the Google Maps Platform website.

Is it allowed to ask customers for reviews?

Yes, asking is fine. Google does not allow offering discounts or gifts in exchange for reviews, or asking only happy customers. Keep the wording neutral, like “Tell us how we did”.

Why does the QR open Google Maps instead of the review form?

Some review links open the business profile first on certain phones. Customers can then tap “Write a review”. Using the “Ask for reviews” link gives the most direct result.

Can I track how many people scanned the review QR?

Not with a static QR. A QRScanKaro page with a “Rate us on Google” button shows how many people scanned and tapped it.
