What format should the CSV file be?
A normal CSV (comma-separated) with a header row containing the columns name and data. Export it from Excel or Google Sheets with “Download as CSV”. Download the sample file to start.
How many QR codes can I make at once?
Up to 20 per batch for free, and up to 1,000 per batch on the Pro plan. Everything is generated on your device, so very large batches depend on your computer’s memory.
How are the files named?
Each PNG is named from the name column, for example Table-1.png. Duplicate names get -2, -3 added so nothing is overwritten.
Can I make dynamic bulk QR codes?
These codes are static. For codes you can edit later and track, the Business plan includes bulk creation of dynamic QRScanKaro pages.
Is my data uploaded?
No. The CSV is read in your browser and the QR codes and ZIP are created locally. Nothing is sent to QRScanKaro.
