Frequently asked questions

How many items should a café menu have?

Most cafés do well with 20 to 40 items in four to six categories. A shorter menu is quicker to read at the counter and easier for your kitchen to keep consistent.

How do I show add-ons like extra shots or plant milk?

Add them as a small “Add-ons” category with prices, or mention them in the note at the bottom of the menu, for example “Oat or almond milk +₹40”.

Can I mark bakes that contain egg?

Yes. Each item has a veg, non-veg or egg mark, so eggless cakes and cookies can be marked veg while others show the egg symbol.

Will the QR menu work for takeaway customers?

Yes. Print the QR on your counter card or takeaway bag. If you add your number, the menu page shows WhatsApp and call buttons so people can order directly.
