How to use the tool

Type each dish with its price, a short description and the veg, non-veg or egg mark. Reorder with the arrows.

Switch between Classic, Modern and Dark, then save an A4 PDF for printing or a phone PDF for sharing.

Is the menu maker free?
Yes. Designing the menu and downloading the A4 and phone PDFs is free without an account. A free QRScanKaro account adds a hosted menu page with its own QR code.
What does the veg and non-veg mark mean?
It is the familiar Indian food-type symbol: a square outline with a dot inside, green for vegetarian and red-brown for non-vegetarian. We also offer a yellow mark for dishes with egg. You choose the mark for each dish.
Can I change prices after printing the QR code?
Yes. The QR points to your menu page, not to a file. Update the menu here or in your dashboard and customers see the new prices on the next scan.
Are dish photos included on the QR menu page?
No. Photos stay on your device and only appear in the PDFs you download. The hosted menu shows dish names, descriptions, prices and marks, which keeps it fast on mobile data.
Where is my menu saved?
While you edit, it is saved in this browser so a refresh doesn’t lose your work. Once you create a menu page, the text is stored in your QRScanKaro account.
