Which businesses can use this rate card maker?
Any business that sells services: salons and spas, gyms and yoga studios, coaching and tuition centres, mobile and appliance repair, tailors, laundries, clinics and more.
Can customers pay or book from the printed rate card?
Yes, if you add a QR code. A WhatsApp QR opens a chat with a booking message, a UPI QR opens their payment app with your UPI ID, and a link QR can open your website or booking page.
Should my rate card show prices with or without GST?
For customers, show the final price they will pay. If you are GST-registered and your prices exclude tax, say so clearly in the note, for example “GST extra as applicable”.
Can I remove the “Made with QRScanKaro” line?
Free rate cards carry a small credit line at the bottom. Pro and Business plans can hide it for a clean, fully branded print.
Is my price list saved?
Yes, in this browser. Your sections, prices and logo stay here as you edit, so you can come back and reprint when prices change.
