Excel CSV export to a clean PDF
Reports exported from Excel, accounting software or net banking often arrive as CSV, sometimes with semicolons, an older Windows encoding and more columns than a portrait page can hold. This page starts in landscape, detects the separator and encoding, right-aligns amount columns and repeats the header on each page, so a sales register or statement prints the way you expect.

How to use the tool

Export the report as CSV
In Excel use File → Save As → CSV UTF-8. In other software or your bank’s portal, pick the CSV download.

Keep landscape, then choose Shrink to fit to keep each row on one line, or Wrap text for long descriptions.

Why do long numbers show as 1.5E+11 or lose their leading zeros?
Excel changed them before saving: long numbers such as account or phone numbers turn into scientific notation, and leading zeros are dropped. Format those columns as Text in Excel before exporting, and the PDF shows them exactly.
Will formulas, colours and merged cells carry over?
No. A CSV holds only the values, not formulas, colours, merged cells or charts. The PDF shows those values in a clean table with optional shaded rows.
My file uses semicolons instead of commas. Does that work?
Yes. Excel saves with semicolons in some regional settings, and some bank exports use tabs or pipes. The separator is detected automatically, and you can choose it yourself if needed.
Are amount columns aligned?
Columns that contain only numbers, including ₹ amounts and percentages, are right-aligned so figures line up under each other.
