CSV to PDF in neat, printable pages
A CSV opened on a phone is a wall of commas, and printing it from a spreadsheet often cuts columns off the page. Add the file, or paste the rows, and get a tidy table instead: the header repeats on every page, wide tables are set to landscape, and long cells wrap rather than disappear. Comma, semicolon, tab and pipe files are recognised automatically, and Hindi and other Indian languages print correctly. The file is read on your device and never uploaded.

Can I convert an Excel file (.xlsx) directly?
Not yet. Save the sheet as CSV first: in Excel choose File → Save As → CSV UTF-8, and in Google Sheets File → Download → Comma-separated values. Each sheet is saved as its own CSV.
Why do ₹ or Hindi letters show as question marks?
The CSV was saved in Excel’s plain “CSV” format, which can’t store them, so they were replaced by question marks when the file was saved and can’t be recovered. Save it again as “CSV UTF-8”. Files in UTF-8 or the Windows encoding are read automatically, and you can switch the encoding if letters look garbled.
How many rows can it handle?
A 5,000-row table converts in a few seconds, with a progress bar, and usually makes a PDF under 1 MB. Up to 30,000 rows work on a computer; on a phone, split big files into parts.
Can I select or search the text in the PDF?
Yes, English text and numbers are real text. Cells with ₹, Hindi or other Indian scripts are placed as sharp pictures of the text, so every letter is shaped correctly but those cells can’t be selected. A table full of different Hindi entries therefore makes a bigger file.
Is my data uploaded anywhere?
No. The CSV is read and turned into a PDF inside your browser. Nothing is sent to QRScanKaro, so it is safe for salary sheets, marks lists and customer data.
