How to use the tool

Paste the long URL
Copy the full web address from your browser or app and paste it into the box. Links starting with http:// or https:// work.

Choose an alias (optional)
On Pro, type your own ending such as diwali-sale. Leave it empty and we pick a short random code.

Shorten and share
Click Shorten link, then copy it or send it straight to WhatsApp or any app from the share button.

Save the QR as PNG or SVG for posters, visiting cards and packaging, and check clicks later in your dashboard.

Is this URL shortener free?
Yes. With a free account you can create 30 short links a month, each with a QR code and click stats for the last 24 hours. Pro gives you 500 a month with custom aliases, and Business has no monthly limit. Deleting a link does not add it back to the month’s count.
Do my short links expire?
Not unless you want them to. Links never expire by default. On Pro and Business you can set a date after which the link stops working and visitors see a “This link has expired” page. You can also turn any link off or delete it.
Can I change where a short link goes after sharing it?
On Pro and Business, yes: edit the destination and the short link and its QR code stay the same, so anything already printed or shared keeps working. On the Free plan the destination is fixed, so create a new link instead.
What happens to my links if my plan ends?
They keep working. Links you already made, including custom aliases and expiry dates, stay exactly as they are. Only Pro features on new links, such as a new alias or editing a destination, wait until you renew.
Which links cannot be shortened?
Only normal web links (http:// or https://) can be shortened, and a short link cannot point to another QRScanKaro short link. Short links used for spam, scams or phishing are removed: anyone can report one by adding /report to the end of the short link.
