Should a café change its Wi-Fi password regularly?
Changing the guest password every few months limits people who use it from outside. Each change needs a new QR card, so pick a schedule you can keep up with, such as once a quarter.
Can the Wi-Fi QR go on the same stand as the menu QR?
Yes. Put both on one A5 stand and label them clearly (“Menu” and “Wi-Fi”) so guests scan the right one. Or use one QRScanKaro page that has both.
How do I limit how long guests stay online?
Time limits and speed limits are router settings, not QR settings. Many routers let you cap guest bandwidth or set access hours.
Does the QR work for guests from other countries?
Yes. The Wi-Fi QR format is international and works on phones from any country.
