How can I track which flyer brought a WhatsApp enquiry?

Use a different pre-filled message on each flyer, for example “Hi, from Diwali flyer”. When the chat arrives, the first message tells you the source.

Can several staff members answer chats from one QR?

The QR opens a chat with one number. To share it across a team, use WhatsApp Business on linked devices, or a WhatsApp Business API provider.

Should I print the QR on product packaging?

Yes, it is one of the best places: customers scan to reorder, ask questions or share feedback. Keep the QR at least 2 × 2 cm so it scans reliably.

Is it allowed to message customers who scanned the QR?

The customer starts the chat, so replying is fine. For promotional messages later, follow WhatsApp’s Business policy and send only to customers who agreed to receive them.
