What does the verification QR prove?
Scanning it opens a QRScanKaro page showing the recipient, course, date and issuer as they were recorded when the certificate was issued, and whether it has been revoked. It proves the certificate came from the issuer’s account. It does not vouch for the issuer or the course itself.
Is the certificate generator free?
Designing and downloading certificates without a QR is free with no sign-up. Verified certificates need a free account: the Free plan issues 10 per month, and Pro or Business issue up to 1,000 in one batch.
How do I make certificates in bulk?
Switch to Bulk and upload a CSV file with the columns name, course and date (Excel and Google Sheets can save as CSV). Download the sample file to see the format. Empty course or date cells use the values from the form.
Can I cancel a certificate I issued by mistake?
Yes. Find it under “Issued certificates” and click Revoke. The QR keeps working, but the verification page then clearly says the certificate was revoked by the issuer.
Will names in Hindi or other Indian languages print correctly?
Yes. Certificates are drawn with your device’s own fonts, so names in Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Bengali and other scripts appear exactly as typed in the preview and the PDF.
